Upon submission of a project intake form via our website, our AI system generates a 7-document project pack comprising:

6. Dependency Map
7. Full Execution Plan

Documents are AI-generated based on the information you provide in the intake form. Quality and relevance depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted.

Access to your completed 7-document project pack requires a £500 (GBP) commitment payment, processed securely via Stripe.

Due to the immediate and bespoke nature of AI-generated documents:

• No refunds are available once document generation has begun (typically within minutes of brief submission).
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed documents due to a fault on our part, you will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
• If you are dissatisfied with document quality, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, at our discretion, regenerate specific sections or issue a partial credit.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Our documents: The 7-document project pack, once delivered and paid for, is licensed to you for unlimited use in your project. You may reproduce, modify, and share the documents as needed for your business purposes.

Our methodology: The ZigNet AI methodology, agent architecture, prompting systems, and software platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Renovation Gateway Ltd (trading as ZigNet AI).

We treat all information submitted through the intake form as strictly confidential. Your project brief is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
